The CACTUS package provides modules for interacting with CADD Group Chemoinformatics Tools and User Services (CACTUS)
Modules
CACTUS.CIR
This module is a memoized wrapper around the Chemical Identifier Resolver (CIR). In combination with OpenBabel it is possible to access a wide variety of chemical data.
The module’s main function provides a command-line interface for CIR interaction. See the ouput examples below.
